We, the members of KZNPAA bound together in common goals and sentiments, recognize the importance of unity for all private Ambulances owners. We further recognize the importance of our collective strength in advancing our common goals and interests;

In Our Philosophy, we shall promote professionalism, equality for all, as well as appreciating our diverse cultural identities. We will seek to bring down all bias, barriers and disparities such as gender, race, etc. that have characterized our society and economy as the most unequal in wealth creation and distribution;

As owners of Private Ambulances, we are mindful of the need to transform the sector and the struggle faced by the Small to Medium Enterprises (SMMES) in the sector. We are also mindful of the need to take care of the victims of road accidents and to do the best we can to preserve their lives. Consequently, we commit to work with all organizations which share our vision on the home front, Africa and internationally; and

This National Conference, representative of all the structures and members of KZNPAA, duly constituted, assembled and cognizant of its momentous mission to build unity and solidarity among the Private Ambulances owners, hereby adopts this Constitution as its compass.
